OVERVIEW of how the OsCal "Connected at the Hip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes") & Instant Win Game ("Game")" (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Promotion") promotion works: Each day during the Promotion Period that you play the Game, you will receive one (1) entry into the Game ( “Game Spin”) and you will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Regardless of the email address you use, you can have up to two Game Spins per day throughout the Promotion Period. See “Rule 2: How To Enter” to learn how you can earn up to a total of four (4) additional Sweepstakes entries and "Rule 5: Tell-A-Friend" to learn how you can earn up to a total of four (4) additional Game Spins and four (4) additional Sweepstakes entries. All entries into the Promotion must be received by 11:59:59 P.M., ET on 8/29/08.
HOW TO ENTER: The Promotion starts at 12:00:01 P.M., ET on 6/23/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M, ET on 8/29/08 ("Promotion Period"). (A) To enter the Promotion: Visit www.oscal.com, and register for the Promotion by completing all of the required information on the Official Entry Form, including your name, address, date of birth, home phone number, email address, your selected password, and then, type in the security symbol shown on your web screen. B) To enter the Sweepstakes by Mail: Send a 3½" x 5" properly stamped postal card on which you have legibly printed your name, address, date of birth, home phone number and email address (if you have one) for receipt by 8/29/08 to: 2008 OsCal Connected at the Hip Sweepstakes, PO Box 4019 , Grand Rapids MN 55730-4019 NOTE; Regardless of whether you enter the Promotion online or enter the Sweepstakes by mail, you can receive up to a maximum of four (4) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period by once each day for a total of four (4) days entering one (1) different UPC symbol from one of the following four (4) different OsCal products, i.e. Os-Cal 500+ extra D, Os-Cal 500 + D, Os-Cal 500 + extra D chewables, Os-Cal Ultra. If you enter the Promotion online, enter the UPC number in the designated field from any OsCal product you either purchase or whose UPC number you have written down. If you enter the Sweepstakes by mail, write the UPC number immediately following the personal information you have handprinted on the postal card you are mailing as described in (B) above.
INSTANT WIN GAME: (A) HOW TO PLAY: As stated in Rule 2 above, you may play the Game up to two times each day during the Promotion Period. After your initial Game play, each day that you go to www.oscal.com to play the Game, type in your email address and password as instructed, and click on "Play Now." Once you are on the Game web page, click the button "Click Here To Spin." If your spin results in three (3) matching images, you will be immediately notified that you are a winner and the prize that you will win, pending verification of your Game Spin and your being a winner. In order for your Game Spin to win, it must have occurred either at the exact predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or the independent judge(s), or if no Game Spin has occurred at the exact predetermined winning time by any participant, then by the Game spin that occurred at the closest time immediately following the predetermined winning time. All winning Game Spins and winners are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or the independent judge(s.) NOTE: A message will appear stating "Today's Prize Has Already Been Won, Please Come Back To Play Tomorrow" if you play the Game at a time after the winning Game play has already occurred. (B) PRIZES: Pair of Two (2) Twenty-Nine ($29.00) Dollar Gift Cards: Each day of the Promotion Period, one winner, pending verification, will receive a pair of two Twenty-Nine ($29.00 each) Dollar Gift Cards, the specific Gift Cards to be as designated by Sponsor. (Total ARV of each Pair of Gift Cards: $58.00). All Game Cards must be used in compliance with their terms and conditions and as allowed by federal and state law. NOTE: Upon verification of winning, Prize winners will be instructed by email how to claim their respective Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Regardless of Prize won, Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the day and time of Game Play.
SWEEPSTAKES: (A) HOW TO PLAY: Each time you play the Game, you will receive an automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. On or about 9/2/08, a random drawing will be held to select the potential Grand Prize Winner from among the total number of all eligible entries received regardless of method of entry. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency, and that judging agency's decisions will be final in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, phone and/or mail on or about 9/30/08 and must sign an Affidavit of Compliance/Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where legal, and as described in Rule 6 below. (B) ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Fifty-Eight Thousand ($58,000) Dollars. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of Fifty-Eight Thousand ($58,000) Dollars ("Prize Money"). All federal, state, and local taxes that may be due on the Prize Money will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any division of the Grand Prize Money between the Grand Prize Winner and the friend selected by the Grand Prize Winner will be as determined by the Grand Prize Winner, in her/his sole discretion and will occur after the award of the Prize Money to Grand Prize Winner by Sponsor. The Grand Prize is neither transferable nor substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of all eligible entries received.
Tell-A-Friend: You will receive an extra Game Spin and an additional entry into the Sweepstakes when you follow the online instructions to "Tell-A-Friend" about the Promotion. The bonus spin must be immediately played in the same session in which the Tell-A Friend was sent. The bonus Game Spin will expire immediately following the end of the session. Each "Tell-A-Friend" referral must be of a different friend with whom you have a personal relationship, who is eligible to enter the Promotion and who you believe would be interested in receiving an email and entering the Promotion. Referrals of friends whose name and/or email address have been previously submitted is void and prohibited and such referrals will not constitute an additional entry. Limit: You may not refer more than one (1) friend each day, and you are limited to a maximum of four (4) "Tell-A-Friend" referrals and extra Sweepstakes entries and an additional Game spin throughout the Promotion Period.
AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY/COMPLIANCE & LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: The potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner (“Potential Sweepstakes Winner”) will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including Social Security Number as required by law for income tax purposes) and Liability/Publicity Release, where legal, within ten (10) days of date of notification. If the Potential Sweepstakes Winner fails to properly execute and return any of the above documents as required, the Grand Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the Potential Sweepstakes Winner is determined to be ineligible, the Potential Sweepstakes Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Sweepstakes Winner will be selected

Sponsor and Others are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a Prize, Prize Winners agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Limit: One Prize per person or household address regardless of whether Prize is Game or Sweepstakes Prize. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that due to technical, mechanical or other errors, there are more potential Game winners of a specific prize than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winner. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any and all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition to the consent and permissions granted above, all entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Void in PR and where prohibited by law.
