*Grand Prize includes a 224,000 point vacation ownership interest at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida and membership in the FairShare Plus by Wyndham exchange program.  Applicable maintenance fees and FairShare Plus by Wyndham program fees will be paid by Wyndham Vacation Resorts for a period of 10 years.  Thereafter, winner will be responsible for all applicable maintenance fees and FairShare Plus by Wyndham program fees.   While in effect, the 10-year paid maintenance fee and FairShare Plus membership program fee is non-transferable and will cease if winner sells or transfers the vacation ownership interest.  Annual FairShare Plus allotment is 224,000 points.   The interest is deeded and requires signing of a vacation ownership agreement and other disclosure documents.  Use of the vacation ownership interest within FairShare Plus is subject to FairShare Plus program rules and resort policies.  Transportation to and from the resorts, food and incidental expenses while on vacation, transaction fees, and any applicable occupancy taxes are not included.  Winner is responsible for all federal and state income tax requirements that may arise out of receipt of this prize.  A property report and full program rules will be provided prior to signing.  No prize substitutions are permitted.
