  1. SWEEPSTAKES:  “The Wieners Gone Wild” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 PM (Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, November 13, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, February 26, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the United States residing in the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and all other territories) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec).  Entrants must be 6 years of age or older as of November 13, 2008. Employees, officers and directors of Wild Tangent, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc., San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau, and RealTime Media, Inc. (“Administrator”), (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any prize or offer suppliers of the Sweepstakes, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, prize or offer suppliers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. The Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all respects. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.  This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations (collectively, “Rules and Laws”).
  3. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Sweepstakes, access the website located at go.rtm.com/openseason2, (the “Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form. The first part of the entry process will ask prospective entrants to provide their date of birth. There is a separate entry process for prospective entrants who are under thirteen (13) years of age and those who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. 

    If a prospective participant’s date of birth translates to an age thirteen (13) years or older, he/she will be directed to the Sweepstakes registration form (the "Sweepstakes Entry") and he/she must follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes Entry.  The required information includes e-mail address, first name, last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and gender (collectively, the "Entry Information").   All required Entry Information must be completed in full.  Proof of submitting a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes.  Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes other than the methods described herein is void.

    Special Instructions For Entrants Under 13 Years Of Age: If a prospective entrant's date of birth translates to thirteen (13) years of age or younger, he/she will be prompted to provide his/her Parent’s/Legal Guardian’s email address.  Prospective entrants under thirteen (13) years of age must enter their Parent’s/Legal Guardian’s email address to be registered.

    Parent/Legal Guardian Permission: If that entry is chosen as the sole winner of the contest, the Sweepstakes Administrator will make contact with the Parent/Legal Guardian via that email address.  Upon verifiable contact with the Parent/Legal Guardian and written confirmation from the Parent/Legal Guardian, the prize, if accepted, will be awarded to the Parent/Legal Guardian.
    Any personally identifiable information collected for prospective entrants under the age of thirteen for this Sweepstakes will be used only by the Sponsor only as described herein and is secured against unauthorized access. Sponsor will not use such information in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) or give any of this information to any third parties unless required to do so for legal reasons, such as a court order or regulatory agency rule, or if permitted to do so under the provisions of the COPPA.

    Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon completion of the Sweepstakes Entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person or email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period. More than one (1) entry from the same person or email address will result in disqualification. Potential winners who are discovered during prize verification to have entered or attempted to enter more than once during the Promotion Period may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator. Registrations or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the registration or entry process may be void.

    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Sweepstakes entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

  4. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE, SELECTION OF WINNER, AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in an electronic randomized drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries on or about March 5, 2009. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

    One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park (the “San Diego Trip”).  The prize package includes: (a) roundtrip, economy class air transportation for the winner and three (3) guests from a major airport near the winner’s residence to an airport near San Diego, California (both airports as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion; and the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded if the winner lives within 100 miles of San Diego, California), provided by Southwest Airlines; (b) a mid-size rental car for six (6) days provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car; (c) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy (?), for four (4) at Catamaran Resort and Spa; (d) four (4) admission tickets to the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park; (e) four (4)  adult tickets to the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park Roar and Snore Sleepover for one night; (f) a VIP Tour of the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park for four (4) with transportation and a private guide; and (g) a brunch or dinner cruise on San Diego Bay aboard Hornblower Cruises and Events for four (4) adults.

    TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF ALL PRIZES:  $4,926. Actual value may vary based on point of departure.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for transportation to the airport. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner; notwithstanding the foregoing, the San Diego Trip must be completed before February 28, 2010.  Sponsor reserves right to change dates.  If the winner’s residence is within 100 miles of San Diego, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the difference in prize value. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel.  Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign and return release on behalf of such minor and accompany him/her as one of the guests. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. The San Diego Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and certain travel restrictions and black-out dates may apply.  Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the San Diego Trip are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  The prize winner must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel.  If a component of the San Diego Trip prize is not available during the time of winner’s trip for whatever reason (e.g., weather conditions, cancellations, etc.), that portion of the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof.  All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, without limitation, ground transportation, airport tax, travel tax, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, luggage fees, meals, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, hotel incidentals, local and long distance telephone calls, personal items, government fees and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest(s) agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize.

    No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prize, transfer or assignment of prize (or portion thereof) permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules.

    The Promotion Entities will award the Grand Prize only upon winner confirmation, verification and final approval.  Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.  Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  5. PRIZE AWARDING AND QUALIFICATION:  The Grand Prize will be awarded upon potential winner’s compliance with all conditions set forth in these Official Rules.  Prizes will only be awarded upon potential winners’ verification and final approval by Administrator and/or Sponsor. Canadian residents who are selected as a potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by the Administrator to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill question without human, electronic or mechanical aid to be eligible to receive the prize. The potential Grand Prize winner may be notified by phone or e-mail and will be required to satisfactorily complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and W9 (the “Official Paperwork”), all of which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of winner notification to the Administrator. Upon receipt of the Official Paperwork, the potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to return the completed and executed Official Paperwork; if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or if the potential Grand Prize winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner as selected by the Sweepstakes Entities.
  6. PRIVACY: All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available by accessing the following URL: http://www.wildtangent.com/default.asp?pageID=privacy_WT.  Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to receive additional email communication from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her Entry Information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity’s privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that particular Sweepstakes Entity.  Opting in to receive communications does not improve one’s chances of winning a prize.  The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes Entry form.
  7. DISQUALIFICATION; SUSPENSION; TERMINATION: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, for incorrect or inaccurate entry information howsoever caused or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Administrator or Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond the control of Administrator or Sponsor which, in their opinion, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, change or terminate the Sweepstakes.
  8. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
  9. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and any and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania in the U.S., and the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada without regard for conflict of laws principles.
  10.
