Wyndham Play Together, Stay Together Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes

  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Play Together, Stay Together” Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, May 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, September 4, 200 8. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and Canada.  United States entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Canadian residents must have attained age of majority at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Travel Rewards Inc. (“Sponsor”),  and RealTime Media, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any prize or offer suppliers of the Promotion, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, prize or offer supplier, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. The Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  3. HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME:  LIMIT:  Limit one (1) Instant Win Game play per person or email address per day. Limit of five (5) Instant Win prizes per person throughout the promotion period.  More than one (1) Instant Win Game play from the same person or email address per day will be disqualified. Potential winners who are discovered during prize verification to have entered or attempted to enter and play more than once per day may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

    To enter and play the Instant Win Game online, go to the following Web site address and follow the links to the registration form: www.wyndhamrewards.com/play.    To receive your game play you must completely enter the correct information on the registration form (required fields are: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Postal Mailing Address)  Existing Wyndham Rewards® members can log in to play using their Wyndham Rewards “username” and “password”. After you complete this step you will be presented with the opportunity to upload a photograph and description to our gallery and play the interactive game. Whether you choose to upload or not will have no bearing on your opportunity to play the interactive game or on your chances of winning.

    After submitting a photograph, (or choosing not to), you will have the opportunity to play our Instant Win match game for a chance to win one of the prizes as detailed below in Section 4. Follow the instructions on the game play page to initiate the game play. The results of your Instant-Win game play will be displayed immediately after you complete your play.  If you are not a winner, you will receive notification within the instant-win game play. 

    If the results displayed on your browser indicate that you are a potential winner, click on the “Claim Your Prize” link and fill out an online prize redemption form and click the “Continue” button. The winning result screen will indicate which prize will potentially be awarded. All online prize redemptions for the Instant Win Game must be claimed by 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, September 4, 2008. All prize claims are subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules and final approval from the Administrator.  Without verification, proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Sponsor.  Limit of five (5) Instant Win prizes per person.

    Information regarding Photographs and descriptions Submitted through Entry Method listed above:
    LICENSE:  Entrant grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation to edit, remove, modify, publish, license, print, transmit, display or otherwise use the photograph and description. Entrant submissions, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised (including on www.wyndhamrewards.com/play), worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice to you and without compensation. 

    WARRANTY:  Entrant represents and warrants that (i) entrant’s photograph was taken by entrant, (ii) the photograph and description are original to entrant and do not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any third party, (iii) entrant has all rights necessary to submit the photograph and description, including all necessary authorizations and permissions from any persons included in the photograph and (iv) the photograph and the description submitted by entrant will not include (a) unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate the law; (b) advertising for third party products or services; or (d) copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to a third party.

    Returning Players:  You can return to play the Instant Win game once per day during the Promotion period after your initial registration form is submitted.  You are only required to complete the online registration form the first time you register for the Promotion.  Returning Players can log in by clicking on the “Already Registered? Login Here” link on the Promotion Registration page or login using their Wyndham Rewards® username and password. 

    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of the Promotion entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
  4. INSTANT WIN GAME SELECTION OF WINNERS, PRIZES, AND ODDS OF WINNING:

    A total of (1,060) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each Instant Win Game Prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning Instant-Win prizes will depend on the number of eligible game plays received and the day and time of game play.  The Quantity, Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of a specific prize in the Instant-Win Game are as follows:

    (100) Vouchers good for 1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles, ARV $18.00;
    (100) 5,500 Wyndham Rewards Points.  ARV depends upon winner’s redemption selection
    (10) $100 Cruise Vouchers.
    (250) $50 Fuel Visa Cards.
    (100) $50 The Home Depot® Gift Cards.
    (50) $50 Target Gift Cards.
    (50) $50 Best BuyTM Gift Cards.
    (200) $25 Panera Card® from Panera Bread.

    Total Approximate Retail Value of the Instant Win Prizes is $ $37,800.00.

    IN THE EVENT OF PRIZE UNAVAILABILITY, PRIZES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED BY THE SPONSOR FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER ARV. WINNERS RESIDING IN CANADA WILL RECEIVE A GIFT CARD OF EQUAL VALUE FROM GIFTCERTIFICATES.CA. 
  5. How to play the Sweepstakes:  LIMIT ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE PER HOUSEHOLD/FAMILY. The Sweepstakes entry methods are defined below:

    Sweepstakes Entry Method # 1:
    Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing upon completion of the online registration form for the Instant Win Game (subject to Rule #3, above).

    Sweepstakes Entry Method # 2:
    Entrants will be able to earn bonus Sweepstakes entries through the Tell-A-Friend program by clicking on the “Tell-A-Friend” button and filling in the names and valid e-mail addresses of up to five (5) people who they know. You will earn an additional Sweepstakes entry for each unique and valid email address you provide. Limit: (5) bonus entries for the length of the promotion.

    Sweepstakes Entry Method # 3:
    Entrants will be able to earn an additional bonus sweepstakes entry by voting on which photographs in the gallery that they like best. One (1) additional bonus sweepstakes entry will be awarded for each day that a photograph is voted on. Limit: (1) bonus voting entry per day.

    Sweepstakes Entry Method #4:
    Entrants will be able to earn an additional bonus sweepstakes entry by uploading Stay Together, Play Together moments (photograph, description). One (1) additional bonus sweepstakes entry will be awarded per uploaded content per day.  Limit: (5) bonus content upload entries during the promotion period per household/family.  Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to screen entries for the appropriateness of the content throughout the Promotion Period at their sole discretion. 

    Sweepstakes Entry Method # 5:
    Entrants will be able to earn an additional bonus sweepstakes entry by completing a stay at a participating Wyndham Hotel Group property within the promotion period.  One (1) additional bonus sweepstakes entry will be awarded for each stay.  A stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights regardless of check-ins and check-outs.  Wyndham Hotel Group properties include properties operating under a franchise or management agreement in the U.S. or Canada with one of the following hotel chains:  Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, Ramada®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Wingate® by Wyndham, Baymont Inns and Suites®, Howard Johnson®, Travelodge®, Knights Inn® and AmeriHost Inn®.
     
    Alternate Method of Entry:
    OFFLINE, NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY, METHOD OF ENTRY:  As an alternate means of entry into the Sweepstakes, send a 3 inch x 5 inch card on which you have legibly printed your First and Last Name, Complete Mailing Address (e.g. Street, City, State, ZIP code), Telephone Number and Email Address (if available), place the card or paper in a #10 envelope, and mail to: Play Together, Stay Together Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, 295 E. Swedesford Rd, PMB# 104, Wayne, PA 19087. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles allowed.

    Entries must be postmarked by Thursday, September 4, 2008 and received by Friday, September 12, 2008. Limit: One entry per day, for the length of the Promotion.  Multiple entries in the same envelope will be disqualified. 
     
    DISPUTES:
    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Promotion entry.   6. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZES: SELECTION OF WINNERS, PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: A total of (16) Grand Prizes will be selected. 1 per week, for 16 weeks in an electronic randomized drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries each week of the sweepstakes. Entrants who have not been selected as potential winners will continue to be entered into the sweepstakes for each subsequent week after their initial entry. Odds of winning the Grand Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

    All prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.

    All insurance, federal, state and local taxes (unless specifically provided as part of a prize), if any, ground transportation, transfers, parking, gratuities, meals (unless specifically provided as part of a prize), beverages, telephone calls, insurance, excursions and incidentals and any other unspecified expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  See grand prize descriptions for additional details that may apply.

    The grand prizes may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.  Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner’s and travel companion’s responsibility.  Sponsor and/or Administrators are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets and none will be replaced. 

    Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
    The approximate retail value may be greater or less than the amount stated based upon hotel/resort accommodations selected or assigned, air carrier, and time of year selected.

    Airline Miles
    ARV depends upon the carrier selected and their frequent flier program.  Any applicable fees, surcharges, service charges, or passenger facility charges are the responsibility of the winner.  Allow 6-8 weeks for airline miles to be posted to the winner’s account.  Winner will need to identify the frequent flyer number and domestic (U.S. and Canada) Wyndham Rewards airline program participant (AEROPLAN, AMERICAN, CONTINENTAL, DELTA, MIDWEST, NORTHWEST, SPIRIT, SUN COUNTRY, UNITED, US AIRWAYS)
    in which to deposit their airline miles.  If winner is not a member of a participating airline program, he/she will need to become a member in order to accept this prize.

    Grand Prize – Week 1: 1 week at a Wyndham Hotel Group property in the U.S. or Canada of the winner's choice plus 400,000 airline miles from the domestic participating carrier of the winner’s choice (ARV – up to $8,400) 

    One (1) 7-day, 6-night stay for two (2) people to the destination of the winner’s choice.  Includes standard hotel room with an occupancy of two (2) people at any of 6,000 participating Wyndham Hotel Group properties, (one room; room and tax only, based on availability); Actual value will depend on dates of travel and hotel selection.  Any shortfall between the ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded in cash or other items.  Hotel stay must be completed by December 31, 2008. 

    Grand Prize – Week 2: One (1) $2000 cruise voucher with 400,000 airlines miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $9,200)

    Cruise can only be redeemed at CruisesOnly, 100 Sylvan Rd. Suite 600, Woburn, MA 01801. Original certificate only. This certificate entitles the bearer to a $2000 Cruise Travel Voucher good for any cruise offered by CruisesOnly. Must be 21 years old to sail and/or accompanied by a 25 year old.  Cruise fare, port charges, and taxes can be covered by the value of the Cruise Travel Voucher. If the cruise selected has a value above $2000 the recipient will be responsible for the difference between the actual cost of the cruise and the value of the Cruise Travel Voucher. No refund will be issued if the cruise selected has a value below the amount stated on this voucher. Airfare and incidentals are additional and are the recipient’s responsibility. Cruise Travel Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.  

    Grand Prize – Week 3: 5 nights at Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $9,740)

    Six (6) days/five (5) nights complimentary stay, one (1) room accommodation for two (2) people.  Valid through May 15, 2009.  Expiration date will not be extended.  This stay is based on space, availability, to exclude: December 20, 2008 – January 5, 2009 and Easter week. 

    Grand Prize – Week 4: 1 week in a Tuscany, Italy villa with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $8,400)

    Endless Vacation RentalsSM will award winner a seven (7) night stay for two (2) people at a Cuendet villa in Italy, of their choice, up to a maximum retail value of $1200* USD. Winner will be awarded a redemption certificate with instructions on how to redeem the villa stay.  Accommodation must be booked by December 12th, 2008.  Travel must be completed by June 12, 2009.   

    Grand Prize – Week 5: 6 days/5 nights in Las Vegas, NV with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV - up to $8,300)

    Five (5) consecutive nights accommodations in a one bedroom unit at Wyndham Grand Desert in Las Vegas, Nevada for two (2) persons, one of whom must be at least 21 years of age.Travel must be completed by May 21, 2009. Reservations must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel through Wyndham Vacation Resorts and are subject to availability.  Specific unit assigned in sole discretion of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. No reservations will be accepted on the following dates: November 27 - 30, 2008, December 24 – 31, 2008 and April 10-12, 2009.  Room taxes (estimated at $16 to $20 per night), daily housekeeping and other incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winners.  ARV depends on specific unit assigned and dates of travel selected.

    Grand Prize – Week  6: Wyndham Golf Championship Package in Greensboro, NC: Includes two (2) 4-Day Tournament Tickets (Thursday – Sunday) including food and beverage, 3-night hotel accommodations for two (2) persons at the Grandover Hotel - 1 standard hotel room, double occupancy.  Non transferable, not exchangeable for any other prize, no cash value.  Valid from Aug 14 – 17 2008. No reservations will be accepted on the following dates: November 27 - 30, 2008, December 24 – 31, 2008 and April 10-12, 2009. Room taxes (estimated at $17 to $30 per night), daily housekeeping and other incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winners.  ARV depends on specific unit assigned and dates of travel selected.

    Grand Prize – Week 9: 100,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $1,800)

    Grand Prize – Week 10: Richard Petty Driving Experience with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $7,650)

    Grand Prize – Week 11: 5 nights in Las Vegas, NV with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV up to $8,300)

Travel must be completed by May 21, 2009. Reservations must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel through Wyndham Vacation Resorts and are subject to availability.  Specific unit assigned in sole discretion of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. No reservations will be accepted on the following dates: November 27 - 30, 2008, December 24 – 31, 2008 and April 10-12, 2009.  Room taxes (estimated at $16 to $20 per night), daily housekeeping and other incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winners.  ARV depends on specific unit assigned and dates of travel selected.

    Grand Prize – Week 12: 1 week at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar in Puerto Rico with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $10,000)

    Eight (8) days/seven (7) nights complimentary stay for two (2) people.  One room, incidentals are not included.  Subject to availability and is non-transferable.  Valid between the dates: May 15, 2008 to May 15, 2009.  Expiration date will not be extended.  (Blackout Dates: December 19, 2008 – January 9, 2009, President’s Weekend, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving Day Weekend). 

    Grand Prize – Week 13: 5 nights in Daytona Beach, Florida with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $8,395)

    Five (5) consecutive nights accommodations in a one bedroom unit at Wyndham Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach, Florida for two (2) persons, one of whom must be at least 21 years of age.  Travel must be completed by May 21, 2009.  Reservations must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel through Wyndham Vacation Resorts and are subject to availability.  Specific unit assigned in sole discretion of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. No reservations will be accepted on the following dates: November 27 - 30, 2008, December 24 – 31, 2008 and April 10-12, 2009. Room taxes (estimated at $17 to $30 per night), daily housekeeping and other incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winners.  ARV depends on specific unit assigned and dates of travel selected.

    Grand Prize – Week 14: 5 nights at one of the Grand Mayan Resorts in Mexico with 400,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $8,400)

    Endless Vacation RentalsSM will award winner a (5) night stay for two (2) people at The Grand Mayan® Wyndham Alliance Resorts in either Los Cabos or Riviera Maya, with a maximum retail value of $1200* USD. Winner will be awarded a redemption certificate with instructions on how to redeem the resort stay.  Travel Dates: August 22, 2008 – December 18th, 2008.   Travel must be completed by December 18, 2008.   

    Grand Prize – Week 15: 100,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice. (ARV – up to $1,800)

     Grand Prize – Week 16: 1 week in a Presidential Reserve unit at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Panama City Beach in Panama City Beach, Florida and 500,000 airline miles from participating carrier of the winner’s choice, plus $5,000 cash.(ARV – up to $17,003)

    Seven (7) consecutive nights accommodations in a two or three bedroom unit providing private occupancy for 4 to 6 persons, one of whom must be at least 21 years of age. Travel must be completed by January 31, 2009.  Reservations subject to availability.  Specific unit assigned in sole discretion of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. No reservations will be accepted on the following dates: November 27 - 30, 2008, December 24 – 31, 2008. Room taxes (estimated at $19 to $45 per night), daily housekeeping, special services offered to Presidential Reserve guests for additional fees will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

    Total Approximate Retail Value of all Sweepstakes Grand prizes is up to $133,383.00.

    Total Approximate Retail Value of all Promotion prizes (Grand Prizes and Instant Win Prizes) is up to $ 171,183.00
  7. PRIZE AWARDING AND QUALIFICATION:  Instant win and sweepstakes prizes will be awarded upon potential winners compliance with all conditions set forth in these Official Rules.  Prizes will only be awarded upon potential winners’ verification and final approval by Administrator and/or Sponsor. Canadian residents who are selected as a potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by the Administrator to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill question without human, electronic or mechanical aid to be eligible to receive the prize. Canadian residents who are selected as a potential Instant Win Prize winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill question, on the online Prize Redemption page, without human, electronic or mechanical aid to be eligible to receive the prize. Potential winning sweepstakes entrants will receive prize notification via electronic mail, United States Postal Mail and/or overnight mail shortly after the official Sweepstakes drawing has occurred (see Section 5). All Instant Win prizes will be fulfilled 6 to 8 weeks after the winner has been verified. Potential winners of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will have (10) days from receipt of winning notification to confirm that the notification has been received.  If they meet this deadline, the potential winners will be sent via United States Postal Mail and/or overnight mail an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Publicity/Liability Release forms, a W9 Form.  These forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within (10) days. The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” In addition, the grand prize winner and winner’s travel companion will be required to execute a release of liability form prior to departure. If the potential winning entrant of a Sweepstakes Grand Prize cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit and Release, fails to claim the prize, if the Prize Notification is returned undeliverable; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner.
  8. PRIVACY: All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available by accessing the following URL:  http://www.wyndhamrewards.com/services/privacy/.  This includes sharing information about entrants with affiliates who are prize suppliers.
  9. DISQUALIFICATION; SUSPENSION; TERMINATION: Administrator and/or Sponsor are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, for incorrect or inaccurate entry information howsoever caused or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified.
